Tool preparation before installation
An electric drill, screwdriver, wrench, level, etc. are required. A power drill is used to make holes in the wall for mounting brackets that will hold the cooling pad wall. Screwdrivers and wrenches are used to tighten screws and nuts to ensure that various parts are connected securely. The level is used to ensure the levelness of the cooling pad wall installation to ensure its normal operation and aesthetic effect.
Choose a suitable location
Cooling pad walls are usually installed on walls or windows, and choosing the right location is crucial. First of all, space issues should be considered. The selected location should provide enough space to accommodate the equipment of the cooling pad wall, such as water tanks, water pumps, etc., and it should also be convenient for installation and maintenance.
You can refer to the following principles to choose the installation location:
Near the vents: The cooling pad wall should be installed near the vents of the workshop/farm as much as possible to better achieve air circulation and improve the cooling effect.
South or west wall: The south and west walls can receive more direct sunlight. The cooling pad wall installed at these locations can more effectively utilize the principle of water evaporation and heat absorption to cool down and provide sunshade effect. At the same time, these locations also make it easier to form natural ventilation, which is conducive to indoor air circulation. However, care should be taken to avoid directly exposing the cooling pad wall to strong direct sunlight, so as not to affect its cooling effect and service life. Direct sunlight can be avoided by setting up sunshade nets or adjusting the installation angle.
Installation details
1. Fixed bracket: According to the actual situation of the workshop, choose a suitable location to install the fixed bracket, and ensure that the bracket is strong and reliable to support the weight of the cooling pad wall and ensure smooth air circulation.
2. Install the cooling pad wall: Fix the cooling pad wall on the bracket and ensure the flatness and sealing of the cooling pad wall. If the size of the cooling pad wall is large, it needs to be installed in sections, and attention should be paid to the connections and seals between each section. When installing the cooling pad wall, you can use an infrared level to prevent water from reaching the paper in some places after the water is passed through, affecting its use effect. After fixing the cooling pad, use foaming agent to seal the surrounding gaps to ensure there are no gaps;
3. Connect to the water source: The cooling pad wall needs to be connected to the water source to provide continuous water flow for evaporative cooling. Adequate water supply should be ensured, and the water source system should be inspected and maintained regularly to avoid problems such as leakage or blockage. At the same time, when connecting the water pump water pipe, it is recommended to install a regulating valve (which can adjust the water inlet volume) at the main water inlet pipe and the branch water inlet pipe of each cooling pad.
